I sometimes find it difficult to compare reviews when people focus on completely different aspects of their experience. One person might discuss communication, another might mention reliability, and someone else may be concerned about how a problem was handled. All of these details can be relevant, but they don't necessarily tell the same story. How do you organise this kind of information when comparing companies, and do you focus on certain criteria before considering the overall feedback?

When there are several online services to choose from, it can be difficult to know which information deserves the most attention. I think the best approach is to take things step by step instead of making a decision based on the first impression. Check the website itself, look for independent feedback, and see whether important details are explained in plain language. For example, is one resource that can be included in that process. I would pay attention to the dates of the comments and whether people explain the reasons for their opinions. A detailed review with a clear explanation is generally more informative than a short statement without any supporting context.
